If you are buying a property; we can handle the real estate settlement. If you are selling; we can prepare the new deed from yourself to the new buyer. If you are refinancing; we can facilitate the closing and prepare the necessary documentation. We also do courthouse research liens, judgements, outstanding taxes, suits, etc. We have a combined 91 years’ experience in the title business! We are a family owned business and highly independent.
